About Mr. Subhe Mustafa

Empowering Corporates and Entrepreneurs to Achieve CSR & ESG Excellence

In the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic and the Türkiye earthquake, Mr. Mustafa served as a freelance CSR business development consultant for the Uysal family’s companies. His primary objective was to consolidate four distinct family firms under the UYSAL Group umbrella, thereby realizing the corporate social responsibility vision of their founders.

At Market Leaders International, with support from his Dutch altruistic associates, Mr. Mustafa pioneered a social enterprise model. This initiative created synergy between Syrian refugees and the Turkish community through innovative socio-environmental projects. His multilingual fluency enables seamless cross-cultural negotiations, advancing their shared mission for global social betterment.

From February 2015 to January 2019, Mr. Mustafa was the Country Manager for Stichting Spark in Gaziantep, Türkiye. In this role, he received a significant delegation of trust from the Spark Board of Directors and successfully scaled the program from €1 million to €50 million. This was achieved through funding from the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, EU MADAD, Qatar Fund for Development, and the Islamic Development Bank. The program focused on higher education, vocational training, SME support, entrepreneurship, and the agronomy value chain for Syrian refugees in Türkiye and neighboring countries.
